Returns

At Cutie Paws Accessories, we currently do not accept returns for change of mind or unwanted items. Due to the nature of our products and our fulfillment model, all sales are considered final once processed.

Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your order, so we can resolve it quickly. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item(s) and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

We do not accept returns for sizing issues, so please check all sizing details before purchasing.

* Refunds will not be issued for items that are damaged due to customer misuse, intentional damage, or without sufficient evidence of a shipping-related issue.
