How do I place an order?

Browse our shop, select your pet’s preferred item, choose size/color if available, and click “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready, head to checkout, enter your details, and choose your payment method. Once your order is confirmed, we begin processing it—expect a confirmation email with your order details and shipping updates.

How do I choose the right size for my pet?

Each product page includes a size guide to help you find the perfect fit for your pet. We recommend measuring your pet’s neck, chest, and weight before ordering. If you're in between sizes, sizing up is usually the best option.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! We deliver worldwide. At checkout, you’ll see all available shipping options and costs. We choose the most reliable carriers to ensure your pet’s goodies arrive safe and sound.

Will I receive all the items in my order together?

Not necessarily. As we collaborate with multiple trusted suppliers, your items may be fulfilled and shipped from different locations.

As a result, your order may arrive in separate packages and on different delivery dates, even though all items were purchased in a single transaction.
